Distance Calculation Disclaimer

Results Are Approximate

All distance calculations provided by our tool are approximate estimates only. The actual road distance between two PIN codes may vary from our results due to:

  • Real-time road conditions and closures
  • Different routes taken by different vehicles
  • Seasonal road changes
  • Limitations in Google Maps routing data
  • Geographic remoteness of certain PIN code areas
  • Updates in road infrastructure

Comparison with Official Portal

Distance results from our tool may differ from the distance shown on ewaybillgst.gov.in. The official e-Way Bill portal uses its own proprietary distance calculation methodology. Our tool uses Google Maps Distance Matrix API which calculates actual road routing distance.

For official GST e-Way Bill generation, always use ewaybillgst.gov.in.

GST e-Way Bill Disclaimer

Validity Period Calculation

The e-Way Bill validity days shown by our tool are calculated based on the following publicly available GST rules:

  • Regular Cargo: 1 day per 200 km (minimum 1 day)
  • ODC Cargo (Over Dimensional Cargo): 1 day per 20 km (minimum 1 day)

These rules are subject to change as per notifications issued by the GST Council or CBIC. We do not guarantee that our validity calculations reflect the most current GST rules at all times.

Not a Substitute for Official Portal

Our tool does not:

  • Generate actual e-Way Bills
  • Connect to GST network (GSTN)
  • Validate GSTIN numbers
  • Confirm actual e-Way Bill validity
  • Replace any official GST compliance process
